Where Do You Ship?
We currently ship only within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Do You Ship to APO/FPO & P.O. Boxes?
APO/FPO Addresses: Yes, we offer USPS Priority Mail. However, expedited shipping (two-day delivery) is not available for APO/FPO addresses.
P.O. Boxes: Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.
Processing & Shipping Times
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This processing time is in addition to delivery time.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Deepwell Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
If your item is defective, email us at info@deepwellskincare.com with details and pictures. Please do not discard your item—we may ask you to return it for quality assurance.
