Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, products must contain more than 50% of their original contents, be returned in their original container, and have been purchased directly from www.deepwellskincare.com. There is no restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.

Final Sale Items Items purchased as part of a Bundle or Kit (Bundles & Kits collections) are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return Email info@deepwellskincare.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will make every effort to respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and return instructions. Please do not ship items back without first receiving a return authorization. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
